Drive the development and implementation of the Department’ internal long-term strategy for shared services and relationships with key suppliers. Support the Shared Service Organization in defining and contracting the relevant MSA’s. Negotiate standardized supplier contracts with the support of Purchasing and the functional departments 2. Approve all Supplier contract changes, including those for unit price, resources (FTE changes), service delivery, consulting, and specific project costs. Support the integration and coordination of shared services with Suppliers across the DTA platform and where appropriate, within the Truck Group 3. Develop a structure for measuring resource utilization and unit costs by Supplier, including transactional baselines for volume and time, including measuring, tracking and reporting of related efficiencies and innovations. Coordinate the development and reporting of SLA’s/KPI’s/OPIs, and work to address SLA performance issues and service quality. 4. Oversee the QA programs with Suppliers and ensure that all identified deficiencies and inefficiencies are identified and resolved. Manage Supplier relationships and operational delivery of services for the towers. Collaborate with the functional departments to identify further shared service opportunities, continuous improvement of processes and strategic initiatives that support automation and efficiencies. 5. Coordinate the prioritization of initiatives and projects across all towers. Responsible for the coordination, development, implementation and maintenance of the overall Department Business Continuity Plans for all key Suppliers. 6. Tower lead for Managed Services which delivers general services outside the Department, including ICS testing and Finance Concierge initiatives. Lead Project Manager on all Department projects to transition processes to shared service suppliers. Develop and implement a formal project structure, and reporting. |

【必須(MUST)】 At least 2 years of group leader, supervisory, or project lead experience requiredExperience in BPO projects and process management General financial accounting knowledge General knowledge of business process management Detail knowledge in Business Process outsourcing strategies and implementation English: Business Level Japanese: Fluent Microsoft Office in general (particularly high skill on PowerPoint & Excel) 【歓迎(WANT)】 Experience of project lead in BPO transition projectKnowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries. 2-3 expertised knowledge in Accounting area Open communication and proactive working behavior are expected |
