仕事内容 ■Responsibilities
・Strategic development of key accounts and new customers
1. Existing customer account development
2. RFQ & Bid Lead/Support (incl. Contract Renewal)
3. Service Logistics (SL) business developments
4. SL Technical Service developments (Value add services)

・Tactical support for key SL accounts
1. Negotiation/Coordination with internal stakeholders
2. Internal approval process

Customer
・Develop mid-/long-term strategy for key accounts in line with both clients’ as well as our strategy
・Foster a better relationship with key accounts on multiple layers across organization
・Identify and explore new opportunities from new customers
・Identify and explore new technical service opportunities from new customers
・Participate in customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and our company.

The position requires sound presentation skills as the role involves making presentations to customers and handling the detailed questions that follow. The demonstration of a strong customer-focused approach is essential.
Also the position requires to deal with the regional or global customers in-corpora ting with other country`s sales reps.

External
・Coordinate and collaborate with Group companies for projects and initiatives
・Develop/establish strategic alliance with key vendors

Internal
・Lead/Support RFQ & Bid (incl. Contract Renewal) for key accounts by a joint effort with operations team and/or other relevant functions as necessary
・Lead/Support internal approval process
・Negotiate and coordinate (incl. escalation) with internal stakeholders
・Take the lead in establishing protocols and ‘rules of engagements’ between departments
・Closely communicate with relevant operations team to identify areas of accountability on the go
・Carry out projects and initiatives without disrupting existing operation
・Coordinate with RO/global/CSI
・Cross organizational/departmental
・Support operation Managers who provide central management for all nominated global and multinational customer programs, including all logistics Advantage solutions.
・Help to develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
・Assist to conduct performance appraisal, including coaching of sales and operation personnel
・Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
