The purpose of this role is to: • Be the SBS HR Services Business Partner to the local business stakeholders and provide value add services to key stakeholders through proximity, knowledge of local business, culture and language • Jointly with the Shared Service Captive Centre in Kuala Lumpur, deliver end to end services as per the Service Partnership Agreements (SPA) for the countries in scope • Ensure that the SBS HR Services processes in scope are performed with an end to end perspective as per the Core Model making effective use of global tools and systems • Ensure delivery of quality service with consistency and reliability to all customers • Monitor Executive KPIs and ensure issues are addressed in an effective and timely manner • Engage with key stakeholders and monitor customer satisfaction & feedback • Ensure alignment with all neighboring functions such as: HR, Finance, Internal Control, Legal, Facility Management, Security, ITS, Procurement, etc • Be part of Japan HRLT monthly meeting, and contribute to HR committees in the cluster / country and/or SBS HR Services Governance • Drive SBS HR Services new ways of working for Japan and Korea. • Drive the SBS HR Services & HR Transformation for Japan, including Technology transformation such as decommision systems legacy. • Drive process simplification, harmonization, automatization and optimization for SBS HR Services Japan and Korea. • Be the bridge and glue for Country, KL Operations Team, Regional and Global • Increase user adoption on the SBS HR Services Global/ Regional/ Local transformation new ways of working including continuous improvement, process simplification, and harmonization (within different Legal Entities) : o Identify process improvement/ process simplification opportunities through elimination of redundant activities o Drive the process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition for Japan o Participate in global projects as required and if applicable. • Be part of extended Global SBS HR Services Team. • Be part of monthly governance with BPO payroll provider. • Contribute to business reviews and other leadership and governance boards • Coordinate and support budget and headcount process cycles The SBS HR Services Business Partner reports to the Head of SBS HR Services KL Captive and BP JPAC- JPAC and is part of the SBS HR Services Regional leadership team. He / She works closely with HR, Legal, Finance, ITS and Facilities management at regional and country levels and SBS HR Services teams in countries and KL Captive Centers. |

【必須(MUST)】 Functional• Strong understanding of the end-to-end SBS HR Services processes and SBS organization • Provide summarized overview of SBS HR Services end to end outcomes to key stakeholders • Knowledge of data privacy rules (GDPR etc) relating to HR operations • Good deductive, analytical and trouble shooting skills • Ability to get into transactional details but also understand the broader business context and root cause • Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments and requirements Technical • Understanding of Workday and IT tools • Digital acumen to leverage IT to drive process simplification Interpersonal • Strong customer orientation with ability to understand and meet their requirements • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner • Team player, cooperating with direct and remote teams with an end to end service delivery mindset Leadership • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes • Ability to motivate transversal teams to deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction • Strong communication skills and ability to drive change • Committed and focused on results delivery • Role model of “Play to Win” behaviors 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Graduate degree with specialization in HR or business administration• 10-15 years hands on experience in HR, support areas, Operations or related field in an international, multicultural, complex environment • Experience in working remotely with different teams • Fluent in Japanese, Korean and English |
