To be responsible for a Specific area of the function for the successful delivering of HR programs, policies, e.g. staffing, training, ;to be responsible for managing budgets, timescales, and projects; may also provide support to advice to respective Line Managers across the business franchise, my lead a small team of specialists; to support the Senior HRBP in translating and implementing the GBU/Franchise/Unit’s Business plans in the form of the Company’s HR strategy; to act as a liaison between the client and HR CoE and HR SBS etc..
HR Strategy ＆ Planning
－ Work closely with Franchise/Business Unit Head/ Leadership team and support with the implementation of their business plan, highlighting potential HR－related business opportunities or development needs.
－ Proactively build and establish strong relationship with client group as well as extended HR global community to understand needs, requirements, and challenges
－ Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts as a change agent （w/change methodology align with local regulations）
－ Support and execute tactical/strategic workforce planning in alignment with the clients Business plan
－ Support the budget planning and discussions with finance BP
－ Ensure recruiting and retention to “best－in－class” talent for the critical/key positions at predefined level the the business unit
People ＆ Organization
－ Advise Line Managers on effective performance management and resourcing decisions: drive Talent Review on respective franchise, succession planning and talent management for pre－defined population, in close cooperation with the respective HR experts, such as TA, TM, OD, LD.
－ Support cultural change and foster Diversity and Inclusion within GBU
－ Support Line Manages. In all coaching, mentoring, and individual development within their team,
－ Ensure effective training and development for all, learning priorities, guideline, and act as channel to communicate learning needs to appropriate specialist unit.
Monitor and Control
－ Contribute to PEx（Personal Expense） planning, performing periodic cost and productivity analysis to collaborate with Finance BP and Business leaders in maintaining workforce budgets.
－ Lead and participate HR respective project
－ Ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law （local regulation）
－ Ensure compliance with legal framework, SOX requirements,
－ Lead and help coordinate procedure and create precise SOP wit technology solutions to improve data management
－ Compile specified HR KPI date

【必須（MUST）】－ 3 years of relevant HR work experience with at least 2 years experience working in a directly related HR capacity such as HRBP, Organization design, Change management, Organization/Talent development, Leadership development, and/or Talent management, HR project lead.
－ Desire to grow and development employees in a global and matrixed business environment / multi－national companies.
－ Demonstrable experience in analyzing business issues and providing scalable HRB solutions, that address＆ align to broader business requirements,
－ Strong solution focus, problem－solving skills,
－ Strong business acumen and people acumen, as well as consulting and facilitation skills
－ Ability to manage ambiguity and resolve caseload of sensitive employee matters.
－ Strong data－driven, systems－thinking ability
－ Demonstrated knowledge of HR law in Japan
－ Good x－functional collaboration communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
－ Ability to have difficult, nuanced conversations with clarity, empathy, and focus on the employee experiment
－ Education ; BS degree required.
－ Fluent in Japanese and business English
