Reporting to the Market Country HR Head, the Total Rewards Partner position will partner with Japan market providing professional solutions and services in the area of Total Rewards to Japan－based client groups, and will act as one of the key drivers of implementing the people strategy. This position is expected to maximize the company’s ability to attract, reward and engage employees by ensuring rewards are aligned to business objectives, integrated with performance management, cost competitive and a powerful tool in attracting, retaining, motivating and rewarding talented employees to deliver extraordinary performance ＆ results. Total Rewards Partner is also expected to involve deeply and/or lead the country－ wide HR projects and initiatives （e.g. future ways of working project）. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years Compensation ＆ Benefits experience or a Master's degree with 5 years of progressive Compensation ＆ Benefits experience, in a global organisation, especially a “gaishikei” company.• Excellent communication/presentation skills, creativity and capability of solving complex C＆B topics in a highly matrix global organization are crucial. • Listening to others with respect and collaborating with stakeholders while having an necessary alignment with them are pivotally important • Advanced level of English proficiency （written and verbal） • Decent business acumen • Flexibility and agility in doing something • Have a good command of Microsoft Office tools （PowerPoint, Excel, Word） 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Experience in consulting firm as consultant• HR Business Partner or other HR COE function experience. • Working experience or Compensation ＆ Benefits function experience in manufacturing industry （including pharma, life science, electronics, etc.）. • Master’s degree in HR or related field. • Working experience in a mid－large sized company in a highly matrixed environment • Core HR systems （e.g. SuccessFactor/Workday） experience |
