Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In partnership with the L＆T team, this role will be responsible in rolling out and implement global L＆T initiatives within their regions. Such initiatives will include Onboarding, Employee Career Path and Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, ASM Culture, Inclusion and Diversity and Succession and Talent Review.
Implementation will include having a thorough understanding of the program, partnership on a comprehensive communication strategy, work to fill in gaps or challenges with the process, diligence on meeting milestones on the initiative towards completion, identify gaps and partner on solutions to ensure successful implementation and work closely with the business and local People Partners to ensure support and successful execution of global L＆T programs in the regions.
Will partner with the with L＆T development team on enhancements for initiatives to continue to meet the needs of the business. Also any feedback from the field on gaps and opportunities for improvements.
Partner with business stakeholders and People Partners to pro－actively identify regional needs outside of the global initiatives. Provide support and work to execute on the solution.
Craft and implement creative solutions for requests for additional training to target key areas of needed development at a regional level.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Master’s preferred
7－10 years working in Talent Development or as a an HR generalist role with focus in Talent Development
Experience in successfully implementing corporate training initiatives
Demonstrated success in working with key stakeholders with the ability to translate business needs into creative L＆T solutions
Customer Service focus
Strong project planning skills with the ability to effectively execute plans to drive results
Self－starter and intrinsic motivation for delivering excellent results.
