外資系グローバルシェア高い香料メーカーにてEHS日本ヘッドの募集です。 関東2拠点及び国内工場の安全衛生を管理し、グローバル指針を日本へローカライズ頂きます。 概要：EHS、環境安全、製品安全、労働安全、プロダクトスチュワードシップ、リスクマネジメント、化学品に関する法規 〇Support and advice site management on all EHS aspects; act as a coach to line managers to ensure that EHS becomes and remains a line responsibility 〇Develop and deploy EHS vision aligned with company strategy for the site taking into account both the OPS/EHS Global 〇Strategy/initiatives as well as the local legislation 〇Manage compliance with all EHS Regulations 〇Responsible for all Site EHS trainings for new and existing employees and contractors 〇Deploy behaviour based safety programmes 〇Ensure safety and Health programmes are strictly implemented 〇Ensure emergency planning is effective 〇Responsible for accurately completing and submitting regulatory reports 〇Ensure KPI reporting is complete and initiate actions to drive towards the agreed targets 〇Track site safety behavioural audits and incidents, analyse trends on audits, incidents and near miss reports and report same to management team 〇Lead the employee safety committee to promote safety awareness and improve the overall safety of the site by driving issues identified to closure 〇Manage all hazardous and non－hazardous waste activities 〇Manage all documentation required 〇Maintain good relationships with relevant external stakeholders （authori－ties/communities/network） 〇Act as primary contact for Federal, State, and local EHS regulatory agencies 〇Act as main point of contact with other department: Regulatory, IT, regional Management Team ※出張あり |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ■大卒以上■国内環境関連法規及びISOやEHSガイドラインなどの国際基準の知識 ■工場運営に関する知識 ■ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■PCスキル（ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント） ■国内外の製造業界でのEHS経験 ■マネジメント経験 ■グローバル感覚 尚可 ■化学系の法規の知識（化学物質排出把握管理促進法や工場における労働安全衛生法、環境関連法規、毒物及び得物取締法など |
