仕事内容 We are looking to hire a Manager who will handle accounts throughout Japan with a direct report to the Regional Sales manager. You will have an emphasis on new business sales, as well as expanding existing accounts.

【Responsibilities】
Territory identification and research, go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list. Lead generation with support from internal sales team through cold calling, email campaigns, trade show and conference participation. Pipeline development through a combination of various marketing events. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s). Engage with prospect organizations to position our OSG solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references.

Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Regional Sales Manager, Senior Managers, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal and Marketing. Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

【Position Requirements】
3 to 5 years’ of business development experience in the Optical Design Software market. Direct selling experience, high level of flexibility, proactivity excellence, interpersonal and communications skills, the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements and the willingness to travel to any or all customer sites when appropriate

・Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering
