仕事内容 The role is included to develop and manage System integrity and OEM channels in small, medium and large enterprise market, as well as coaching team members how to drive each channel. The leader will be responsible for building and executing on a growth business plan, collaborating closely with Japan-based Enterprise Marketing and SE teams.

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with the Marketing and SE to architect a business development strategy for Japan market expansion for System integrity business and OEM business
•Create strategies that will create new business opportunity working closely with each channel partners, identify targets and rapidly execute partnerships to drive revenue growth
•Research prospective business opportunity, assess competitive landscapes, and develop financial models of proposed business opportunity
•Develop and closely manage strategic relationships with partners to maximize long- term success and revenue generation
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

•5+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role in the IT industry
•Partner sales experience helpful to have but not a prerequisite
•Telecom sales experience is better to have, but not mandatory
•Sales of Monthly Subscription service is better to have, but not mandatory
•Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high performing team while working independently and taking initiative
•Demonstrated success with new business development or account penetration
•Relationship management expertise with proven ability to retain and grow accounts
•Strong financial and analytical skills
•Security / Backup / System Integrity sales experience preferable
•Likely background in a similar software, services or solutions company
•Fluent Japanese and Business English
