1）Responsible for retail store operation:
a,Monitor the sales performance and daily operation of each channel and store, analyze channel and store－level market data, business trends, and operation target, and propose improvement project to provide improvement direction and guidance for the FF team and training team, and get to improve the operation management level of the device.
b,Based on the actual sales and inventory of each channel and store, analyze and combine relevant data to improve retail activities effect and provide recommendations for promotion plan, promote continuous improvement of the operation performance of the device, and achieve sales goals.
c,Work with the FF team to upgrade the retail store operation system and complete the device operation manual.
2） Build the image of retail stores:
d,Adapt our company SI and develop local visibility guidelines. SI project management includes customer proposal, construction implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
e,Participate in the development of new product launch marketing plans、 including the design and adaptation of product marketing materials and display props, and the management of customer proposals and dress－up implementation.
【必須（MUST）】a,Have worked for at least three years as a Japanese CES store /floor supervisor/manager/regional manager or above;
b,Have daily operation and management experience in retailer stores, be familiar with 3C product display and sales scenarios, and thoroughly understand sales and training management modes.
c,Be familiar with the channel structure and marketing operation mode of consumer electronics in Japan, and familiar with the industry form, strong industry insight and market understanding, and quick understanding of the 3C industry.
d,Be familiar with the PSI from the dealer to the retailer in the channel, and shop execution business operation and the jointing mode
e,Be familiar with consumer psychology, consumer preferences, and consumer decision－making points
f,Strong communication skills, customer development and negotiation skills
g,Strong resistance to compression and toughness
h,Good teamwork spirit and cross－cultural communication skills.
Educational background full－time bachelor's degree or above
