We are looking for an experienced Training Delivery Specialist whose primary purpose is to strengthen B2B customer support capability and effectiveness through the development and delivery of training delivery programs and continuous learning events.
The Senior Training Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the development, deployment, and oversight of virtual－first, scalable, and competency focused training solutions that result in the highest level of associate performance. Partnering, with the global learning design team, this person will contribute to the identification of both global and regional learning needs. They will advocate for global solutions while customizing learning experiences for local performance priorities, and cultural requirements. Focusing on ensuring our Business Customer Service stays ahead of the capability curve, they will partner stakeholders to continuously identify learning needs, and raise the bar on the quality and impact of behavior based learning.

With scope to design and develop innovative performance support learning tools, and champion the adoption of collaborative learning, this role offers strong professional and career development opportunities. As a Senior Training Delivery Specialist, you will contribute to the development, oversight and implementation of global and regional training delivery standards and best practices. You will mentor and inspire the wider network of trainers and partners to maximize the use of learning technologies and techniques. You will have the support and partnership of our Business Knowledge team who are passionate about experimenting with emerging technologies to create blended learning solutions. This is a virtual role based in Japan operating at a regional level, and supporting learning needs in other regions as needed.
・Drive B2B customer support performance and productivity through the identification, execution, and delivery of business critical training programs/projects with significant bottom－line impact.
・Design, develop and facilitate innovative performance focused training solutions. Proactively identify regional training needs, and optimal learning solutions in partnership with the global training design function.
・Conduct learner readiness assessments and drive key learning performance results such as learner readiness.
・Act as a key conduit for training design feedback and continuous improvement. Lead testing and evaluation procedures.
・Continuously develop your functional and training technology capability.
・Partner with business support teams to deliver operational excellence in all aspects of training delivery including planning, training performance, and post training productivity targets.
・Communicate training feedback, results and strategy to a broad audience, including Sr. Leadership and cross－functional stakeholders.
【必須（MUST）】・Bachelor’s Degree in a specialization such as Organizational Design, Training ＆ Development, HR, Psychology, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications or similar.
・2 years’ experience in high volume training delivery and/or operational leadership role in a fast paced regional and virtual operational environment.
・2 years’ experience with using instructional design methodologies to produce instructor supported learning solutions.
・2 years’ experience with training delivery technologies such as virtual delivery platforms, collaborative learning and simulator technologies, or learning management systems.
・Experience with the iterative and rapid development of learning content and performance support tools such as videos, blogs, podcasts, recorded webinars, job readiness assessments, collaborative learning, learning content hubs, and high quality visual job aids.
・Written and verbal fluency in Japanese and English.
