Payroll Team is under Finance Team. Finance Team has several functions such as Finance ＆ Strategy, Accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable ＆ Expense, Procurement, Treasury, Order Management, etc. and we work as One Team.

Payroll Analyst must coordinate operations with Human Resources and Finance Teams, leveraging our Payroll service outsourced provider and internal systems and tools. As working in a growing company, our focus is to improve processes and accelerate the data integration between one system and another system. In addition, high quality of the customer services which is responding employee inquiries in a timely manner with clear explanation.
This position will report directly to Payroll Manager and assist her as a specialist for monthly payroll process and various projects both locally and internationally.

－ Make the payroll payment on time with accurate calculation result
－ Timely and clearly response any inquiry from employees
－ No signification deficiency on our internal control
Primary Responsibilities are as follows:
－ Work closely with a payroll outsourcing company to ensure high quality payroll operation
－ Perform the entire monthly payroll process consolidating the change data, communicating the payroll vendors and review the calculation result.
－ Support payroll team for driving the process improvement and alignment
－ Maintain the data in payroll database from payroll transactions to payroll journal including accrual
－ Provide the payroll documents for internal and external income tax audit
－ Have responsibility for payroll and personnel confidential data
－ 3 years or more payroll experience working at foreign affiliated companies.
－ Experience in the day to day payroll process and entire monthly payroll operation including year end tax adjustment process
－ Basic knowledge of payroll tax filing including employees local tax reporting
－ Basic knowledge of social insurance administrative and annual reporting
－ Excel master, word, power point editing skill is required
－ Business English skill
－ Equity knowledge such as stock option, RSU, and ESPP
－ Basic accounting skills related to payroll transaction
－ Self starter, with good time management skills who is able to organize and prioritize workload and manage multiple priorities in parallel
