仕事内容 We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to oversee Direct Import program. The global supply chains have become increasingly borderless, representing opportunities for us to help our vendor partners in Japan and overseas serve customers through utilizing our robust global logistics and innovations. Direct Import program drives win-win-win benefit for our customer, vendor partners, and the company: vendor partners maximize product availability while improving cost and supply chain efficiency, obtain easier access to sell their product in Japan through robust compliance and logistics service, JP customers have better selection at competitive price, and consequently we grow business profitably. Now we are ready to unlock the potential of this unique program to the next stage, making Direct Import as default pathway in procuring products made outside of Japan.


As Sr Manager JP Direct Import, you will be responsible for (1) developing compelling mid to short term business strategy, (2) driving financial results by managing complex input levers, and (3) building innovative solutions and technology roadmap through cross functional collaboration with global supply chain, compliance, technology team, and vendor engagement team. Due to the breadth of scope and complexity of each area, a successful candidate will be highly analytical, big thinker, simplifier, result driven, and effective communicator. If you thrive in a constantly evolving business environment, work well with stakeholders across functions and locales, and have a proven track record of growing business in challenging and ambiguous environment, this role is for you!
Your key responsibilities include:
· Define long-term vision, develop business case, and drive global leadership alignment
· Work backward from customers and vendors to understand the needs, and translate them into product roadmap, requirements and execution plans
· Work cross-functionally with global technology teams, Retail leaders, operations teams, and other business functions (e.g. Finance) to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions
· Develop scalable mechanisms to enable expansion of the business solutions
· Define, prioritize, and plan resources across functions to deliver to the desired business outcome
· Own and manage the P&L of the program
· Hire and develop a strong team of product and business managers

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
· 10+ years proven experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Operations Management, Retail, or Finance
· Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
· Proven experience in hiring and developing multi-layered teams across disciplines
· Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful features and/or customer experiences efficiently and with quality
· Proven experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing others
· English fluency (written and verbal)
