・A good understanding of the wider aspects of commercial marketing and business.
・Strong understanding of industry and proprietary tools, data application and technology.
・Good project management skills and ability.
・Highly collaborative, able to develop teams and work across countries, across Dentsu Japan Network agencies and disciplines.
・Ability to understand and work with teams involved in creative/content development and advanced analytics.
