We are one of the global ”Oil hydraulic cylinders” manufacturer located in Japan. Our products mainly used for Construction machinery and Robots. We also produce Hydraulic equipment and Pneumatic equipment from common to customized one.
We have various product lineup and somewhat large market share of these products in Japan.
Provides specialized expertise especially in talent management and organization engagement, and more
human resources functional areas and/or has full generalist responsibility for a major team or business unit.
Provides human resources input to business task teams. Acts as a business partner to assess and implement
organizational development and change that supports key business objectives. Also, labor union negotiations
are a key initiative for this position.
■Performance evaluation Standard:
・Safety, Engagement, Talent ＆ Performance Management
・Directly or indirectly implement Learning ＆ Development, Talent Management, and Organizational
Development activities for the organizational unit.
・In order to manage High Performance Work Teams （HPT）, teach, coach ＆ facilitate the people with High
Performance Teams, 9 tools and check/monitor how they work with in－depth approach to the root cause.
・Design, deliver, and coordinate employees Engagement.
・Could liaison with labor unions and or works councils.
・Directly or indirectly oversees performance management practices
・Spend time on the shop floor talking to employees and identifying employee needs.
・Complete projects. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
・Be responsible for Division HR reporting and data analysis.
・Supports employment procedures including effective recruiting and hiring.
・Administrates of benefit programs including eligibility, enrollment, and effective communication.
・Manage and conduct 3 HR team members.
【Working hours】9:00～17:35（Break time: 45 mins）
【Location】 Osaka（Nearby Osaka Metro ”Honmachi” Station）
【Holiday】 Sunday, Summer Holiday, New Year holiday （Around 120 days）
【Salary】 Once in a year /Annual salary system / Bonus （4 times in a Year up to company results）

【必須（MUST）】・4－year university degree
・Business level English Skill
・Experience with HR support to operations organizations
・More than 2 years Facilitating training and session experience
・Human Resources generalist experience with Management

・In－depth knowledge of Japanese regulations and lab low.
