Based on frequent consumer research and on the principles of Behavioral Economics you develop, prepare, execute and evaluate data driven, effective and cost－effective consumer marketing campaigns to educate and motivate Japanese consumers to participate in our group buying programs on a large scale.
Continuous improvement is based on AB－testing, tweaking channels, messaging and budget both in the preparation and in the execution phase of the marketing campaigns. You closely work with your colleagues in the Tokyo team and with international colleagues who are responsible for the platform and for data analysis. And of course, you exchange best practices with your international marketing counterparts.
You will need to be a motivated and self－driven marketeer, leading a local team of marketeers and working with an extended network of marketing colleagues within the company. You are ultimately responsible for driving and improving the marketing approach with the Japan team. You are responsible to ensure that the local marketing team delivers quality but also works efficiently.
