Job Summary: Briefly state the main purpose and scope of the job.
Report to Block Manager. Responsible for achieving assigned district sales target through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development. Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with Regulatory requirements and Company policies. Establish and maintain successful relationship with key customers, opinion leaders and professional association.
Recruite sales representatives and provide appropriate trainings them so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
Job Duties: List the significant/essential duties, tasks or responsibilities which employees in this position are required to perform.
・Lead sales team to achieve sales target for the assigned district
・Formulate and execute sales strategies for the assigned district
・Establish, maintain and expand customer relationship
・Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
・Allocate areas to sales representatives and set sales targets for individual sales reps
・Recruite sales representatives, and coach and train them
・Monitor team's performance and motivating them to achieve targets
・Fully understand marketing program and activities, plan and execute them according to requirements of key opinion leaders
・Possibly deal with some major customer accounts yourself
・Regular market visits with distributors’ sales team to key customers
・Collect customer feedback and market research
・Keep up to date with products and competitors
・Manage physical inventory located within assigned territory.
・May attend trade shows where new products and technologies are showcased and academic conferences to meet clients and discuss new product developments.

・Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical industry
・A comprehensive understanding of SBU technology
・Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent and typically four plus years of progressively more responsible sales experience, including experience with medical devices.
・Experienced in high level management of administration process and control
・Familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
・Ability to work with large and detailed data and process
・Demonstrate problem solving skills and behaviors
・Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, physicians, hospital administrators
・Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills.
・Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and relevant applications.
