＜Team and Role＞: · The Corporate Development team plans and implements M＆As, capital alliances, joint ventures to achieve rapid growth through inorganic, or non－operating activity for the company including global projects. · The right candidate will be part of a small, collaborative team that values authentic individuals who think creatively and proactively look for growth opportunities. · The selected candidate will act as a primary contact in supporting senior leadership by conducting industry research, valuation analyses, due diligence, creation of strategic recommendations, acquisition term sheet and contract negotiations, and both internal and external relationship building. ＜Responsibilities＞: · Identify appropriate opportunities that support JCV’s strategic priorities through interaction with senior business leaders, investment bankers, venture capitalists, and organic pipeline generation · Partner with businesses to evaluate expansion opportunities · Evaluate the benefits of potential acquisitions and manage the process of building both internal and external consensus · Act as a subject matter expert on valuation and deal structuring · Lead all pre－transaction diligence efforts · Evaluate synergy opportunities and risks in potential transactions · Negotiate key legal documents and bring transactions over the finish line · Establish the ongoing processes, skill sets, and strategy that will enable JCV to continue to build out our corporate development competency, in the face of extremely fast growth and a rapidly changing industry |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 3－5 years of experience in a corporate strategy, business operations or financial role· 1－2 years of consulting or investment banking experience, particularly in the fields of M＆A and corporate alliances preferred · BA/BS degree in Business, Math, Science, Engineering or other quantitative field · Some level of familiarity with tech, telecommunications, or consumer businesses preferred · Fluent in Japanese and proficient in spoken and written English 【歓迎（WANT）】 · MBA or Master’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Math or Economics preferred |
