Essential Job Functions
Work with Japan Management and leaders to support their goals and expectations.
Develop and foster strategic relationships with Japan Core delivery, GPDO, ADL, HR, SCM and Finance to maximize the values of the delivery organization
Engage with Japan Delivery support, track and manage the following activities as
Japan Operation Support
Support Japan delivery operation work with Japan Biz Ops.
CCOW and NTCOW Anchor
Govern procurement activity for Japan P＆L purchasing.
Track and manage the status of the request
Work with management and SCM to plan and execution of CCOW Saving strategy
Track and maintain CCOW Saving
Ad hock project
Support ad hoc project. The role in the project would be various.
More than 3 years of experience in business operation.
Understanding of IT industry
Advanced business application skills （e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint）
Advanced communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
Strong Program Management Skills, incorporating multiple projects
Advanced team leadership and influencing skills.
Business level of English and fluent Japanese
