Responsible for managing and resolving challenging issues for our partners and customers.
Own and resolve technical cases created by customers seeking help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or answer technical questions about our software and platform.
Quickly gain an understanding of our platform and all core functionality.
Gather and analyze data with a view to isolate the potential cause of the issue.
Involve others as appropriate to accomplish individual and group goals.

To be successful in this role you have:4＋ Years technical Support expertise with high quality results. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
Must be fluent in Japanese and intermidate or above in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
