Employee Success （ES）, our Human Resources organization, is made up of Recruiting, Employee Success Business Partners （ESBPs）, Compensation ＆ Benefits, Employee Success Strategy and Operations, Talent Management（Talent Experience）, Employee Relations, and Employee Success Mergers ＆ Acquisitions （M＆A） that work in partnership to continue to build our organization. Whether we are supporting a specific business unit’s ES needs, refining operations, or innovating in other areas we interact and make business decisions based on core values embodied in our Ohana culture: Trust; Customer Success; Innovation; Equality.
As our business continues to grow, we are constantly seeking experienced HRBP professionals to join our Tokyo or Osaka office ESBP team. We are hiring for an individual contributor role.
＊ Strengthen the leadership team of each function by providing coaching and development to executives
＊ Partner closely with client executives and managers to understand business ＆ organizational needs and objectives, develop strategies, and orchestrate applicable solutions with Centers of Excellence （CoE）
＊ Conduct ongoing analysis of assigned client group（s）, monitor and interpret trends and metrics around employee development, satisfaction, and attrition － and establish recommendations for improvement or enhancements based on analysis（organizational healths ＆ org design）
＊ Partner closely with ES leadership, and other CoEs teams ensuring the greater people initiatives are implemented cooperatively across the entire organization to successfully scale the business － examples include talent assessment, high－potential development, succession planning, manager/leadership development, and employee engagement and retention.
＊ Deliver seamless client support by partnering with HR corporate functions and Centers of Excellence （CoE） leveraging HR programs, policies, processes and systems.
＊ Global and local project management: establish project objectives, analyze data, prioritize responsibilities, delegate tasks, execute project deliverables, track and measure to successful completion
【必須（MUST）】＊ Minimum of 3＋ years of HR Business Partner experience and 10 ＋ years of Overall HR experience
＊ Fluent in Japanese and English（minimum－TOEIC 800）
＊ Experience in working in a mid to large size company（employee size of 500＋）
＊ Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint: ability to prepare and lead executive－level presentations, and collect, assimilate and analyze data
【歓迎（WANT）】・Experience in working in a centralized ER or HR model.
・Ability to build, develop and implement and engage in new service delivery approaches; possibly different from the status quo.
・Experience working in a high volume, fa＊ Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
＊ The ability to work in a matrixed organization
＊ Ability to apply a strong working knowledge of General Rules of Statutory Benefits, General Japanese labor law, General Compensation and Benefit Practices, Organization Design, and Talent Development.
＊ Strong business acumen and Change Management Skills
＊ Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives and influence decision makers at all levels
＊ Proactively able to anticipate needs and provide alternatives / options to the business
＊ Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational design and development issues
＊ Ability to conduct group facilitation.and work effectively in a team environment
＊ Applicable knowledge of and experience with staffing and compensation strategies, practices and processes
＊ HR consulting background st－paced environment, preferably in a high growth technology company and/or multinational company.
