Operating as part of the global Newsroom network; the Tokyo Newsroom is the regional culture－marketing hub for company; driving brand connections across Social, PR and Partner （influencer） channels through innovative storytelling, Sport ＆ Culture content, and facilitating real－time engagement.
As the Senior Manager for Digital Publishing （and Partner Publishing）, your primary role is to land brand campaigns, sport ＆ cultural moments with relevancy and impact across the brand’s social media ecosystem （organic ＋ paid）, as well as through our contracted Partners social channels.
You will believe that through sports we have the power to change lives; and be committed the driving the brand’s social voice and coverage of actions in sustainability, inclusivity and credibility. You will lead a team of social media experts and digital content creators to drive conversation at both one to one, and at scale, connecting consumers to wider digital world including e－commerce （web/app）.
Land brand campaigns and moments with impact, creating innovative fit－for－platform digital content and experiences in the most relevant content formats e.g., IG reels, live streams etc.
Lead a team of social platform experts who are the closest to our digital communities and guardians of the brand, representing brand across social media: publishing content, always listening and actively responding to consumers, communities and partners.
Support the creation of annual plans with key partners across EIM, Sports Marketing and Brand Communications to support wider business goals. Work with Key City Newsrooms to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned, paid and partners’ channels
Provide guidance to creative and media agencies, social platform partners, and other external partners to realize the global digital publishing strategy, and global brand and category calendars
Support end to end campaign planning, target setting, optimization, and execution across social media in partnership with internal teams such as eCommerce to achieve business goals
Collaborate with Newsroom Head Office team –Digital Publishing, Public Relations, Partner Publishing, Analytics – to maximize the publishing mix for all campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
Ensure all campaigns and content are fully optimized to support measurement and advanced analytics efforts
Coaching and mentoring team members to raise the level of knowledge and understanding of digital publishing and its potential
Support the culture of the team with a focus on confidence, creativity and collaboration

【必須（MUST）】REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Communications or Marketing or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing or Communications
4－6 years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
Advanced level in English and Japanese language （both written and spoken）

Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion / entertainment industry
