We are looking for Distribution Manager to accelerate our business to next level through building effective logistic system and process. Success at our company is down to teamwork and ability, regardless of your background. ■Job Purpose ・The person in charge of this task is responsible for organizing, managing, and developing the functions of Customs, Haulage, Warehousing and Transportation. ・In order to achieve the company's goals and increase customer satisfaction, KPIs of the warehouse and our Center must be continuously improved and managed. To this end, it is necessary to identify the customer's logistics－related demand and propose services that can be introduced. ・Preparation and implementation for regular/irregular audits, etc. must be comprehensively managed. ・Establish a mid－ to long－term network strategy, establish and implement feasible action plans, along with continuous review on the supply network related to the channels in which products imported from the head office/region are sold in Korea. ・As the leader of the WH/TM team in the newly formed Logistics team, you must work together for the development of team members and carry out coaching to achieve career vision and KPI. ■Main Tasks ・Warehouse activity Monitoring and Management ・KPI management ・3PL Management ・Delivery network management ・Efficient logistics cost management ・Improving the logistics process/project management and logistics issues handling ・Managing the Logistics road map ・Compliance with regulation ・Team Member Management ・Develop business by new contracts through RFQ Process ・Define and manage, from concept to implementation, broad scope projects across the areas of Order Management, Distribution Transportation with high complexity, high value impact （customer/financial）, strategic implications, and organizational change requirements |
