Analog Product Marketing Engineer position. This role will be responsible for developing business growth strategy by closely working with all functions inside and distributer.
Candidate will deliver financial results by developing clear strategic plans; effective promotion and customer visit and pricing strategies.
Product Management ：
Working closely with the global product development team, develop strong business cases to identify and support new product development initiatives.
Define customer needs and product requirements to ensure the needs of target customer segments.
Effectively lead product launches in close partnership with field sales team. Provide sales team with tools and resources to market new products.
Support products maturity including PCNs/PTN.
Product Marketing ：
Gather intelligence on market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, ＆ technology advancements.
Responsible for pricing in the country for product lines maximizing revenue and profitability.
Work closely with marketing communications to support event and exhibitions.
Work with country sales leader to establish new product sales goals and targets for sales team Customer Relationship Management
Develop strong support with key growth accounts by making regular visits, exploring specific needs ＆ anticipating new opportunities
【必須（MUST）】A minimum of 5 years product marketing/manager experience or sales experience involving technical support.
Strong MS Office proficiency is a must
