ーPrimary responsible for in country vendor performance on quality of product
ーEducation of vendors in our requirements ensuring product is sourced responsibly partnering with the global team to ensure alignment
ーResponsible for making decisions regarding the quality of all consumer products in conjunction with our QA guidelines and relevant Legislation.
ーAdvise and inform Senior Management as to the best decision to take regarding interpretation of the relevant legislation and product compliance.
ーResponsible for overall QA budget management and optimize costs of Quality Assurance activities such as an inspection, visit and training with the consideration to customer trend and the situation of the company.
ーDetermine personnel assignment and work contents, and consider the overall optimization to enable efficient works with the consideration to risks.
ーSet important goals in the team, and establish good working environments and proper organization to achieve them
ーLine management of QA managers and Vendor Compliance team members including coaching, development, PDRs, performance management, assignment of work etc.
ーProvision of technical support, coaching, knowledge transfer, technical problem resolution, to relevant members of the QA Team.
【必須（MUST）】ーOver 8 years’ experience in the quality department of a manufacturing and/or retail environment.
ーDemonstrable experience of setting, maintaining and managing quality standards in relation to directly sourced consumer products.
ーExperience of working with an existing portfolio of products, as well as working with suppliers on new products and product initiatives
ーBusiness level of Japanese and English
