We are managing Tokyo based customer applications to grow their security business. Existing Integrated web system covers middle office, back office, collateral management, and Position management and so on. Person at this position has to coordinate between customer and offshore team.
● Understanding the requirements and explain to offshore team.
● Maintain strong relationships with customer.
● Manage day to day IT issues, escalating to offshore team if required.
● Manage IT incidents to resolution. Ensure root cause analysis of production issues and documentation on resolution
● Provide regular and accurate updates to Stakeholders.
● Solid coordination with offshore team required.
● Deploy to production or help customer to deploy.
● An understating of the etiquettes of Japanese Corporate culture
● Experience managing Production Support.
● Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
● Good experience in Oracle.
● Knowledge of Java is optional
● Written and spoken Japanese and English.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Better to have financial knowledge
Must be Bi－lingual with very good communication skills
Hands on experience on PL/Sql preferably with Financial Services domain
