You are responsible for driving the success of the CBCC product in Japan.
You are constantly focused on the customer and prioritize new features and products launch based on value they bring to customers.
You will be a subject matter expert on the entire application and usage CX and use that expertise to influence technical product roadmap.
You will own end－to－end new feature/product launches.
You will manage and collaborate with external partners to improve CX and grow the program.
You will also partner with various internal stakeholders in Tokyo, Seattle, and Bangalore to continuously drive enhancements and innovations on behalf of customers.
You will collaborate with CBCC PMs in other geographies to actively exchange learning and seek best practices.
The role is inherently cross－functional; you will work closely with engineering, UX design and research, data science, program management, legal, and marketing to deliver products that enhance the customer experience.
As a product manager, all innovations start with the customer and work backwards. This approach requires a wide range of experience. Strong writing skills are required to convey your product vision through the value delivered to the end customer. Expect to dive deep into customer metrics, benchmarking and payments data to inform your strategy. You will work with a cross functional team within company including but not limited to engineering, customer service, payment acceptance, customer marketing and the broader retail organization.
【必須（MUST）】Minimum 5＋ years of consumer facing product management experience
Experience working with a cross－functional team including UX, Tech and Marketing
Proven track record of end－to－end product launches, from conception to public launch
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Fluent （written ＆ spoken） in English and Japanese
Comfortable leveraging data and analysis to make decisions and influence stakeholders
【歓迎（WANT）】Extensive relationship management experience with counterparts in the financial industry, preferably in Japan.
Relevant work experience in financial services/payments/fintech industry.
