仕事内容 Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
• Carry a revenue target for APJ that dovetails into the regional quota (ie a shadow quota), that can be tied back to the efforts and programs of the Marketing team
• Build awareness of our products
• Generate quality leads our sales teams can qualify
• Think laterally and innovatively about what can be achieved on a region-wide basis, with a limited marketing spend budget
• Create and execute an APJ Marketing Plan that supports the Vision 2025 Strategic Plan for APJ
• Develop an APJ marketing budget that supports and leverages the global marketing activities
• Work closely with the APJ PSS Leaders to identify needs to close gaps to budget/target
• Build marketing analytics and KPIs to track metrics for each product, impact of product launches and events
• Develop product collateral that leverages and builds on global collateral but tailored for APJ territories
• Work with the Digital Sales Hubs to develop and track qualified lead generation and product pipeline
• Take the lead in developing target buyer identification, cohort selection, value propositions tailored to key buyers, campaign design and execution (events, digital, social), to support the APJ business plans of each PSS Leader for their product suites
• Own content localization for all products and territories in APJ
• Own communications strategy and develop a regional comms plan to all internal and external stakeholders
• Own and execute Software APJ brand strategy in line with global
• Identify and develop Software Win Stories, client references, testimonials, for internal and external use
• Together with APJ PSS Leaders and APJ VP, identify and develop key opinion leaders leveraging and amplifying partnership with Software on key products


応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

• Marketing experience of 10+ years ideally in B2B enterprise software including on-premise software
• Experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, product management, and channel marketing
• Ability to communicate effectively and align product benefits with customer needs
• Good knowledge of sales, marketing and software product development processes
• Demonstrated leadership incuding in a matrix organisation
• Proven success in people management, as a leader of a group of functions/teams
• Ability to manage uncertainty, and influencing skills essential
• MBA preferred
• Fluent in English and other languages desirable but not essential

• PowerPoint expertise
• CRM skills, preferably with MS Dynamics
• Business case development expertise
• Campaign case development expertise
• Some familiarity with Software products preferable but not essential
• Sales and marketing cadence and deal review experience
