You will be responsible for
・Providing Technical Support via chat, phone and email to customers and partners
・Providing assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners
・Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner.
・Providing fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
・Communicating with R&D and Escalation team for solving technical issues

【必須（MUST）】What you bring to the table
・3-5 years of Technical Support/Integration/Technical Account Management experience (Support of international customers is a Plus)
・Experience with Network Security products (Check Point Products is an advantage)
・Experience with Windows/Linux environments
・CCNA/CCNP/CCSA or any other Network Certification is an added advantage
・Scripting /code knowledge is an advantage
・Languages: Japanese skills - mother tongue level (if overseas person, mandatory to have passed JLPT N1), English skills - business English (TOEIC score over 730)
・Ability to handle stressful work environment
・Self-sufficient and autonomous in learning
・Motivated to provide excellent customer service
・Willing to commit for at least 2 years
