●Global Talent Managementと連動したGlobal Talent Development Programと、日本（HQ・日本リージョン）における各階層別のLeadership/ Management/ ●Business Foundationそれぞれのスキル開発体系・施策を立案し、実行していただきます。 ●Develop and execute global talent and organization development strategy and initiatives which contributes to global mid－long term business strategy and addresses business / organizational opportunities in each region, while developing and executing Japan talent and organization development strategy and initiatives which aligns with global talent ＆ organization strategy and initiatives. ●Develop and execute global talent development programs which aligns with global talent management, as well as programs and initiatives to develop leadership / management / business foundation skills for employees in Japan （HQ and Japan region.） |
