The Role The primary goal of the Logistics Specialist is to provide support to the Parts and Logistics teams across Japan. This involves being the primary point of contact between our company, third party logistics providers and internal and external vendors. This includes facilitating, and reporting on, Parts transactions, ad hoc Parts and Logistics projects as required, analysis, and record keeping. Responsibilities ・Ensure our parts orders are collated and sent to 3PL provider for fulfillment ・Process parts transactions in internal systems ・Prepare export documentation where required ・Investigate discrepancies between our stock and third party logistics provider ・Report and escalate freight issues ・Receive parts into the our system when third party logistics provider advises of stock receipt ・Manage returns （Material Review Board） process with the 3PL provider ・Work with third party logistics provider to complete daily cycle counting ・Maintain records of requests made to third party logistics provider ・Review 3PL provider invoices for accuracy ・Submit invoices for signoff and payment ・Adhoc projects and analysis |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Fluent in English and Japanese・Tertiary education preferred ・3 years’ experience working with Logistics in an automotive environment or in Logistics ＆ Warehousing ・Microsoft office suite basics （Word, Excel and Outlook） ・Valid driver’s license with minimum two years’ driving experience ・Team player with excellent communication skills ・Excellent customer service skills, customer service experience preferred ・High attention to detail and proven analytic skills ・Time management skills ・Ability to solve problems and make decisions autonomously ・Energetic and enthusiastic with can－do attitude ・Ability to follow instructions |
