|部署・役職名||【急募】Associate, Relationship Manager （RM） Support，Client Relations|
We are a client－focused and research－driven investment management firm and the team is dedicated to building and servicing a retail client base in Japan， covering various fund distributors including securities， insurance， banks， etc. Within the team， Associates are supposed to build effective and trusted relationships with Relationship Managers （RMs）， other Associates as well as other teams such as Product Development， Product Promotion， Product Management， Portfolio Management， Operations， and Legal and Compliance.
Associates coordinate client servicing activities and provide the central point of reference for internal and external contacts associated with client relationship. Associates are in constant communication with various internal teams including colleagues in overseas to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Associates also strongly support RMs for retail business development. This includes， is not limited to:
• Support RMs to plan and execute retail prospecting activities
• Conduct competitive analysis of the retail industry
• Build trust relationship
• Respond to regular and ad－hoc request
• Arrange and prepare for client meetings
• Handle inbound inquiry call from distributors and the end investors
• Account management including fund launch， contract， and investment guideline management
• Ensure timely， accurate， high－quality deliverables such as client servicing/prospecting materials
Associates will be provided additional responsibility as they progress within the role.
【必須（MUST）】The successful candidates will have a good balance of outstanding passion， knowledge， and skills. Especially， desired qualifications include:
・Professional work experience in asset management and/or retail business
・Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Japanese
・CMA /CFA or equivalent level of knowledge on investment and financial markets
・Enormous passion and energy to learn the necessary knowledge and skills and achieve outstanding performance at this position
・Strong interpersonal skill to work with people at all levels within/outside the firm
・Strong execution skill to drive for results
・Skills/interests in promoting operational efficiency and digitalization on retail sales activities.
