1.Assist the manager in forming the regional online marketing team in Asia Pacific by defining benchmarks, setting realistic business objectives, priorities and procedures with a focus of Japan and Korea market
2.Manage assigned online marketing budget from planning to execution, and ensure ROIs and KPIs are set and achieved
3.Plan, design and execute online marketing campaigns for different business groups in Japan and Korea
4.In charge of various localization projects including company website localization, technical document localization, etc.
5.Be able to understand, diagnose and advise the best digital marketing mix according to different needs, budget and resource availability from various business groups
6.Take up project management role in monitoring regional/company－wide online marketing projects
7.Be able to communicate with various stakeholders in the company including product groups, external communications team, corporate online marketing team, etc while leading different online marketing projects
8.Support other ad hoc marketing projects as required
【必須（MUST）】•A bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business administration or related disciplines
•8－10 years of B2B Marcom/digital marketing experience in MNC in Japan. APAC/regional exposure is preferred.
•Experience / exposure to semiconductor industry is preferred but not mandatory
•Hands－on experience managing digital marketing campaigns in Japan （preferably in Korea as well） with up－to－date knowledge and understanding of Japan’s digital marketing landscape, digital media channels, social media platforms, SEM/SEO, etc.
•Proven track record in driving business growth by deploying the right digital marketing strategies and tactics.
•Hands－on experience using different digital marketing tools including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Stripo, Marketo, Tableau and other marketing automation platforms are preferred.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English and Japanese. Understanding of Korean is a plus.
•Excellent project management skills and people communications skills
•Able to manage uncertainties with diverse or conflicting opinions from multiple stakeholders
•Able to work independently without close supervision by manager and under stress
•A self－starter, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations
•Attention to details with a strong sense of ownership
•Strong marketing sense with strong analytical skills
•A team player with an open mind and be able to work with team members from different locations around the world with different business, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
•Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of design software is preferable but not mandatory
