仕事内容 |
■Purpose: • Manage the supply chain and implement with its immediate objectives of product sourcing plan, while controlling inventory, supply chain loss management, product lead times and all communication with company affiliates ■Responsibilities: • Facilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders • Monitor and constantly optimize supplier’s delivery schedule and products availability by collaborating with the sales team to validate forecasts • Drive visibility of scheduled inbounds to assist improved customer service levels • Manage and optimize network inventory including analysis of excess, slow moving and obsolete inventory • Accountable to maintain and improve customer service, inventory levels, forecast accuracy amongst other metrics • Close control of the ops cost P&L and take proactive actions to deliver committed monthly number • Support and implement routines and rituals, reporting to help increase visibility, standardization and comply to Business Management while driving performance optimization • Continuously drive process improvement to increase the level of process maturity and influence it has in driving business decisions across the company • Develop, support and implement new product launch plans in conjunction with relevant stakeholders • Responsible for negotiating contract and monitoring the cost related to re-work and re-pack activities • Actively participate and lead global supply chain projects • Propel cost saving initiative of logistics operation • Provide active leadership and coaching of the operations team to support supply and delivery and career development |

【必須(MUST)】 ■Qualifications:• University Degree and above • Good understanding of business systems, ERP, Supply Chain Planning • At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Control • Strong communication skills and should be fluent in English and Japanese • Leadership and team building skillset • Experience in managing projects including planning, tracking and budget development • Can-do attitude • Demonstrated problem-solving ability • Ability to simplify • Strong experience in MS Office • Advanced MS Excel skills • Experience in interpreting statistical methods to improve Forecast and Inventory |
