■業務内容 To work on both projects and BAU operations as Server Engineer. The individual needs to actively participate and lead projects and deliver what he or she is required to deliver. He or she will consult with our IT department on any issues that might come up and advise about potential fixes or efficiency controls. He or she will also need to work closely together with colleagues in Global teams and support vendors in India. For BAU operations, the individual needs to lead major incident troubleshooting and needs to lead major maintenance activities. He or she maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. The individual needs to manage the offshore departments and vendor’s quality. |
| 応募資格 |
