Roles ＆ Responsibilities
Will lead project development and delivery across M＆A strategy, portfolio strategy, investment
opportunity assessment, post－merger integration, and other merger ＆ acquisition processes and
Guiding clients on key concepts of M＆A focused corporate development, including but not limited
to divestitures, acquisitions, JVs, partnerships, and synergy identification and capture.
Performing operational and commercial due diligence.
Lead cross－functional project management, contingency planning, and Day 1 planning to help
execute large strategy projects for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Lead corporate and private equity clients in the development and assessment of M＆A strategies,
potential merger synergies and carve－outs, and stand－alone performance improvements
【必須（MUST）】Recognized degree from a top tier academic institution
Proficiency in Japanese language （Business level） due to regional project requirements.
Minimum 8 years of working experience and above of relevant experience in a management
consulting firm or financial advisory firm.
Advanced knowledge in business strategy, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques;
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel （both locally and abroad） for short－term and long－term project assignment.
