We are currently recruiting an Account Executive for our SAP Sales division in Japan. The SAP sales team is a growing organization that is responsible for partner sales－based License and 1st Year maintenance revenue, Cloud Services and also professional service revenue.
Account Executive – the role is responsible for creating and driving revenue with SAP.
Now our team will maximize sales by proposing solutions in collaboration with SAP to address customer issues.
This role is based in Tokyo, with expected business trip in and out of Japan.
Proven sales skills, good technical knowledge and a business acumen including strong communication skills. Successful candidates should also have a keen awareness of software industry （key players, strategies, software trends）. Must be able to effectively
•Overachieve individual sales quotas
•Do proactive proposal based sales
•Develop and get net new customers with partners in the own territory
•Negotiate royalty based agreements and VAR contracts
•Thrive in a high－paced, results－driven organization
•Liaise with the firm's group executives
•Work with Solution Consultant, Professional Service, Customer Support and other supporting teams
•Communicate in written and spoken Japanese and English
【歓迎（WANT）】Education and Background:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business,
Min 5 years successful foreign software company sales background
Experience in a multi－national, multi－lingual work environment is preferred
History in ECM software sales would be an asset
Understanding of the firm's products and SAP products, solutions are preferred
Experience for SAP business
