Main Focus and Challenges:
Develop ＆ delivery of the FMC （Factory Made Cigarettes） campaign activation plans on time in full, for Japan and Korea.
As an Area Campaign Activation Manager within the 360 Activation Department, you will be the center hub of all promotional activity, working with all partners internally and externally, building campaign activation plans for both Japan and Korea:
・Co－working with Brand team in the alignment of the in－market communication for activation campaign plans, while working with the 360 Deployment Team to ensure proper delivery of the plans.
・Supporting the Trade Marketing ＆ Development team （Trade） by leading the implementation of the agreed route to market, merchandising, and distribution plans to optimize the launch and growth of the brand in the market.
・Collaborating with Strategy Planning and Insight Team （SPI） on identification and extraction of deep consumer insights as needed for campaign development.
・Coordinating and controlling external Creative Agencies to ensure proper development of campaign development.
You will be responsible for delivering activities to improve brand equity and volume to generate growth, while ensuring a strong conversion to regular and loyal consumers to sustain the growth and competitiveness.
You will coordinate the deployment, ensuring proposals and execution are within brief, and contribute to fact－based decision－making through the provision of market analysis and reports with clear recommendations for action and insightful post implementation reviews.
・Implementation of ”Route to Consumer” strategy to drive ”Connection”, ”Conversion” ＆ “Retention” on activities for FMC brands.
・Ensure development and delivery of visuals for ATL ＆ BTL communications
・Drive On－cycle ＆ Off－Cycle activities for FMC consumable launches
・Support the development of new touchpoints and an integrated marketing campaign
・Manage the FMC Activation budget and financial allocation for each activity plan
・Propose goals and KPIs for each plan and track ongoing results
・Build effective and cooperative internal and cross functional relationship
・Build effective and cooperative relationship with external parties by dealing them as a partner
・Engagement with FMC Brand, SPI, 360 Deployment and Trade teams

【必須（MUST）】・Marketing experience in FMCG category （ideally with experience in new or disruptive categories）
・Native level Japanese （written/spoken）, with Business level English, possessing effective communication, briefing and presentation skills
【歓迎（WANT）】・Project management experience
・Experience in Consumer insights, Trade or Brand, implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
・Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, with strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
