Role and responsibilities Achieve department and organization goals by meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quota Manage partners, directly and/or indirectly by E-mail, Call and meeting Formulation of short and medium-term consumer sales strategy including promotion planning Implementation of Kaizen based on the analysis of monthly performance and results Creation of training manual, implementation of sales training for consumer partners Work with appropriate functional tam both in Japan and in the US headquarters Maintain a good level of product knowledge and continuously improve it Contribute to provide positive feedback to the firm's product to maximize the satisfaction of the end user and partners Develop New Partner and Reseller’s opportunity |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 Required work experienceMore than 5 years of work experience in consumer segment carrying sales quotas and achieving them Following up MQL and generating own pipeline working own network Manage and recruit channel partners including retail stores and mobile stores effectively Understanding of the retail sales or mobile sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Preferential work experience Work experience using English - email, telephone, and meeting Sales forecasting and budget development as well as management experience Necessary and desirable skills Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, problem identification skills, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships among internal team as well as the external stakeholders including customers Monitoring the multiple activities at once with excellent organizational skills to prioritize Self-motivated and keen to working efficiency Strategic, analytical thinking ability |
