【Range of Responsibilities】
・Leads a work－optimized, efficient and highly accurate team.
・Maintains and improves of live shift operation and quality of 24－hour broadcasting and establishes, maintains and executes of emergency handling system
・Operational management of each team Always provides support with review
・Deeply understands our global branding to disseminate the needs of creativity and customer－focused concept in the team, and provides necessary funds and support.
・Enhances communication with the team members through regular MTG or other measures and provides strong leadership and continuous instructions. Creates motivated workplace atmosphere to organize the team
・Contributes to overall projects in the company including short－term and long－term projects and supports LRP and management of the company.
・Communicates and consults with management team, HR Division and leaders at each division and ensures that efficient and high－quality service levels are consistently maintained.
・Creates annual budget at the relevant division in cooperation with finance division and the supervisor and manages and reviews it throughout the year.
・Ensures the conformity and compliance with policy of the department and company to share that with each team manager and provides instructions
・Permeates our difference in the team and manages and guides staff to be consistent, fair, reasonable and courteous. Demonstrates model high levels of communication and problem－solving skills.
・Enhances collaboration and cooperation with leaders of other teams and divisions and related parties to support the team.
・Supports the team to develop processes leading to improvement in operations and new operation
・Is responsible for prioritizing broadcast studio/live operation and resources aligned with business priorities.
・Cooperates with other Production Leaders, Merchandising ＆ Planning Leaders, Creative, Talent, Legal, Programming, Public Relations, Marketing, E－Commerce, E－Marketing, IT, BE, Social, our vendors and Guests.
・Hires and develops talent to build a strong organization
【Other Information （Terms ＆ Conditions apply）】
・Employment Type: Full－time Regular Employee （Probation period－ 6 months, no change in working conditions during this period）
・Compensation: up to 13.5M （JPY） Base
・Incentive bonus （paid once a year depending on business ＆ individual performance）, Merit increase （depending on business ＆ individual performance）, Commutation allowance.
・Working Conditions: Flextime System （Staring time 5am~closing time 10pm） No core hours.
・The prescribed working hours for one （1） month shall be as Scheduled working hours per month: Working days of the month x 8 hours
