■Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality - Develop and implement effective sales strategy for Trade Credit Insurance products in line with marketing plan - Develop existing distributional channel partner relationships and acquire new channels (if appropriate) - Acquire new customers (Direct and via distribution channels) - Pro-active lead generation and new business pipeline management - Provide strategic support to Account Management team to renew existing policies - Identify and act on cross- and up-selling opportunities - Support other lines of business (e.g. global programs, surety bonds) where appropriate ■Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards - Service existing distribution channel partners based on agreed service model - Service customer segments based on agreed service model - Interact closely with other core functions - Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio |
