＜コンサルタントの声＞ － 製品自体は25年以上に渡り日本市場で取引されていましたが、日本での経営開始は今年からとなります。 － 設立当初3名の従業員から10か月で20名＋となり、急成長中を遂げています！ － 近い将来、従業員数を2倍まで拡大予定です！ － マーケットシェアが70％を超える主力製品も保持しており、今後も新製品を多数展開していく予定です。企業と共に成長し、キャリアを積むには最適なポジションです！ － 直接のレポート先は日本のHead of Financeとなり、SAPを使用します。増員後、ゆくゆくは2名程のスタッフをマネジメント頂く予定です。 － フルフレックス制度も導入しておりますので、働きやすさの面でも期待できます！ ＜仕事内容詳細＞ － Communicate with leadership and Corporate office on accounting issues. － Responsible for the timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings （US GAAP）, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations. － Analyze monthly general ledger accounts and produce variance explanations. － Ensure vendor invoices are processed, coded and input properly into SAP system. － Ensure appropriate and timely payment of vendor invoices. － Review and ensure expense reports fall within policy and process payment. － Prepare and file consumption tax report and corporate taxes. － Fulfill internal and external audit requests and requirements. － Prepare statutory filings as required locally （J－GAAP）. － Analyze cash position, prepare cash forecasts and make recommendations to ensure operations are properly funded. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Professional level knowledge in SAP or equivalent systems in more than one application area.－ 10＋ years experience with accounting / controlling, preferably at US or European company － Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet, presentation and word processing － Advanced analytical and problem－solving skills. － Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills. |
