■Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role .Indepth knowledge and working experience of Powertrain （Transmission systems） .Hands－on experience in various tools like MATLAB, NOMAGIC, ModeFrontier, CAMEO, PYTHON, CANoe, CAPL, GT－Power and other industry standard Analytics tools for data analysis .Working of BI Tools like Tableau, Qikr, Microsoft BI etc .Should be able to collect data from Diagnostics GST tools, understand the CAN Messages, Fault ID`s, cleanse the unstructured data and apply to model .Requirements management in JIRA and other office tools for reports/communication .Negotiate the design approaches with internal customer departments like Electrical, QA, After Sales, Plan etc .Good RCA Skills |

【歓迎（WANT）】 登録資格 ■Desired Competencies （Technical/Behavioral Competency）.Min 5－6years of work experience in Powertrain （Transmission and Engine） System and Subsystem Tools: JIRA, MATLAB/Simulink, CAMEO, modeFrontier, IBM Doors etc .Good Analytical skills .Good Japanese/English Bilingual Communication Skills .Hands－On experience of developing powertrain Plant Model from 1st principle methods and mature .Interfacing and data exchange format of multi－domain tools for the Model Upgrade and .Enhancement in MATLAB from Nastran, GTPower etc. Must have .Bachelors in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering with SDLC Experience .Deep knowledge of Model Based Development LifeCycle, Analytics [Good－to－Have] Model Based Calibration and HILs System knowledge in PT Domain |
