Techno Functional SME （Non－Life Insurance） 職務内容 For Global ITSM Transition Project: － Establish good coordination and communication with customer, onsite and offshore teams － Understand the requirements and suggest design/solution approach accordingly － Work along with Business and Technical Architects in order to help the teams in fine tuning the project deliverables － Conduct meeting with customer for requirements gathering, document reviews, status updates and communicating issues － Work with offshore/onsite Agile delivery teams and provide technical/functional guidance as required － Work closely with customer IT teams and Business functional teams |

■給与 Annual Salary: 5.5 M － 13.0 M JPY （including bonus） 月給：（更新中）300,000円～890,000円 ※経験・能力など考慮の上、当社規程により決定 裁量労働手当：60,000円～80,000円（裁量労働制が適用の場合） 昇給：あり 賞与：あり ■勤務時間9:00～18:00 （実働8時間・フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム10:00～16:00） ■雇用形態 正社員 管理監督者分類：無（ケースによっては有） 労働時間区分：みなし労働時間制、もしくは管理監督 みなし労働時間制の種類：専門業務型裁量労働制 一日当たりのみなし労働時間：8時間 ■休日/休暇 年次有給休暇（初年度10日 ※入社日によって異なる場合有）、完全週休2日制（土曜日・日曜日）、祝日、年末年始、慶弔休暇、育児・介護休業 ■福利厚生 保険：健康・厚生年金・雇用・労災保険 制度：財形貯蓄・確定拠出年金・カフェテリアプラン（選択型法人会員福利厚生サービス） ※財形貯蓄・確定拠出年金は正社員のみ対象 施設：法人会員施設（スポーツクラブ、温泉保養所、ホテル他） 勤務地 東京 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Must－Have－ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese languages － Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Application Development and Enhancements － Strong General Insurance knowledge with good hands on experience in various Insurance processes （Policy Administration, Claims, Finance, Distribution, etc.） － Ability to comprehend and communicate business needs in the form of business requirements － Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different teams like Business change managers, Development and Testing teams － Ability to coordinate with customer stakeholders, manage timelines and escalation ＆ provide timely status － Ability to comprehend and communicate impact of upstream and downstream integrations 【歓迎（WANT）】 Good－to－Have－ Good analytical, debugging skills and basics of GitHub － Exposure to ITIL framework and Agile processes － Experience in PowerBuilder/ Visual Basic/ Java/ .Net/ PEGA/ Mainframe technologies － Should be more flexible in adapting oneself to project and able to meet the deliverables － Should be able to work with the location independent Agile teams and provide inputs to sprint planning and backlogs |
