•Advocates for the Japan equity strategy, working with Investment Specialists, Marketing and Sales across Europe and Asia to establish agreement on sales strategy, marketing approach and client requirements •Works closely with fund managers to understand investment ideas and participates in regular investment meetings for priority products •Creates and updates materials to support the Investment Specialists in marketing and product positioning activity for client meetings, conferences, etc. •Develops key messages to differentiate Group products and adapt for the Japan business •Contributes to the overall strategy of Group’s business in Japan, including new product strategy efforts •Conducts analysis on market trends and competitive dynamics to understand investor requirements and how it impacts our product offering •Builds positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders inside and outside of Japan, including close partnership with IPS team members |
