Responsibilities Manage full cycle recruiting process for Japan Team from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding Work with HR Manager and Global HR Leaders to execute on recruitment and sourcing strategies across Japan for 15 － 20 ＋ requisitions Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs, goals and long－term business needs Work collaboratively within the global recruiting team and participate in team projects Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis Act as an internally and externally－facing representative |

【歓迎（WANT）】 Education and Required Experience （Requirements）Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience 2－3 ＋ years recruiting experience, at least 1 year in Recruiter position working directly with hiring managers Work experience with service integrators recruiting experience in Salesforce and MuleSoft Understand Japan labor market including technologies and tools used to find passive seekers Native level of Business Japanese language skill Business Level English communication skills － written and verbal Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process Recruiting experience across multiple departments within a multinational company Experience recruiting for consulting or technical roles preferred Ability to quickly adapt to change and work on cloud based systems and tools Experience using Recruiting technologies （i.e. ATS, CRM）; experience with Taleo/iCIMS a plus Flexible to work with international team members across geographies, which would also require taking meetings/calls during evening hours. Occasional travel （e.g. recruiting events） will be required （10－15％） Must be located in Tokyo |
