|部署・役職名||Sr Training Partner, QA － Energy|
Our Energy team is looking for Expressions of Interest from those seeking to join as a Sr Training Partner focusing on Quality Assurance, you are responsible for the training and knowledge management of the Energy products for internal groups and Certified Installer audiences for Japan. You will be expected to own training and knowledge management needs for all facets of training across the energy business, and both communicate and execute projects for their success. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager, the Global Training Program Manager, and the Quality Assurance Manager on the vision, plan and execution of the training and form metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program.
・Keep continuous communication with the other Training Program Managers in different regions while being an advocate for training needs within Japan. This includes new processes/product rollouts, knowledge management for both our internal teams and the Certified Installer partnership program members.
・Be the conduit for communication with the management staff to determine training needs and the best formats for delivery as well as ensure that current courses are accurate and relevant.
・You will be responsible for prioritization of training development projects affecting the APAC region. This includes creating and maintaining a large library of training, information, and process materials in a variety of mediums.
・Build bridges of communication between training team and the needs of our Certified Installer family. This requires excellent communication and coordination with the regional Quality Assurance Manager for product installation training and support. High energy and passion for providing tools for success are a must.
【必須（MUST）】・Bachelor’s Degree required
・Minimum 3 years' experience in the related area
・Fluency in Japanese and English required
・Knowledge and experience with learning management systems and platforms, preferably Bridge LMS
・Experience with using eLearning creation tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline2 or other similar products.
・Proven time management and organizational skills with an ability to execute on a plan
・Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required with the proven ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training in non－technical language
・Experience with knowledge databases （Confluence, SharePoint）

・Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the energy sector is a plus
