It is a newly established team located in our Tokyo office to support BlockChain customers in Japan. It is under the arm of Labs which is a technology research and incubation organization for the future services.

Customer Relationship Engineer － Blockchain （CRE） is a vital role in the success of the commercial operation of BlockChain technology. we are hosting the first real－world, large－scale blockchain platform, which provides transaction capability to financial institutions and payment operators for their consumer financial/ payment services.
As a Customer Relationship Engineer, you will be responsible for:
· Serving as the central point of contact for any technical matters for the BlockChain customer
· Working closely with customer operators/engineers for technical issues between customer systems.
· Working closely with other internal technical resources for solving issues
· Facilitating collaboration among customers' engineers and internal technical resources for complex issues
· Attending regular meetings with the customers to review issues and discuss potential improvements of operations
· Providing technical consultation/ guidance for customer's usage/ service expansion
【必須（MUST）】Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have an education in Computer Science or related majors
· Have experience in technical support, project management, or IT consulting
· Have knowledge in networking skills or internet－related technologies
· Have an interest in broadening technical expertise and learning about blockchain
· Be a self－starter, proactively taking the initiative to solve problems
· Be fluent in Japanese and have at least Business level in English
