電気・電子回路機器のEMC設計・計測評価技術開発を行う。具体的には以下の業務を行う。 ●自動車用電子機器（コントローラ、電力変換器）や鉄道車両用電気品の低ノイズ化設計技術開発 ●EMC計測評価（放射ノイズ、伝導ノイズ、静電気など）とその結果分析検討 ●EMCシミュレーション（回路解析、電磁界解析）とその結果分析検討 ●社内関連課、社外顧客（国内・海外）への報告・協議・打ち合わせ [Example of Duties] Responsible for development on EMC design and measuring evaluation technology for electric and electronic circuit equipment, as described below: － Development on low noise design technology for automotive electronics （controller and power converter） and electrical equipment for rolling stock － EMC measuring evaluation （radiated noise, conducted noise, static electricity, etc.） and analysis of results － EMC simulation （circuit analysis and electromagnetic field analysis） and analysis of results － Report, discussion and meeting with related departments of company and domestic and overseas customers |

【必須（MUST）】 ・新しい技術開発に意欲を持って取り組んで頂ける方・顧客および社内関係部署へのプレゼン・調整・折衝・チームワーキングを積極的に行える方 ・部下5名ほどの取りまとめが可能な方 ・英語：TOEIC700点以上 ・電気電子回路機器の設計開発（アナログまたはデジタル回路設計、パターン設計、実装設計など）を経験 ・電子計測機器（オシロスコープ、スペクトラムアナライザ）の活用に問題無き事 ・MS－ WORD,EXCEL,POWER POINT他PC活用に問題無き事 [Required Qualifications] － Willing to conduct new technology development － Able to take actions for presentation, coordination, negotiation and teamwork with our customers and related departments in the company － Able to give the right instructions for about 5 subordinates － Able to speak, read and write English （around TOEIC 700 scores） － Experience in design development on electrical and electronic circuit equipment （analog or digital circuit design, pattern design, implementation design, etc.） － Able to utilize electronic measuring instrument （oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer） － Able to utilize PC software such as WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, etc. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・海外駐在勤務、海外留学等の経験・回路解析ソフト（SPICE,ADS）や電磁界解析ソフト（ANSYS HFSS,CST MWstudio）活用経験（モデル化、モデル精度検証・精度改善検討など） ・高電圧回路（インバータ、コンバータなど）の設計評価経験 ・高周波電子回路（～GHz）の設計評価経験 ・EMC試験（放射ノイズ測定、伝導ノイズ測定、各種イミュニティ試験）経験 [Preferred Skills / Experiences] － Experience in being assigned abroad or studying abroad － Experience in utilizing circuit analysis software （SPICE and ADS） and electromagnetic field analysis software （ANSYS HFSS and CST MW studio） － Experience in design evaluation of high voltage circuit （inverter, converter, etc.） － Experience in design evaluation of high frequency electronic circuit （~GHz） － Experience in EMC test （radiation noise measurement, conductive noise measurement and each immunity test） 【給与】 経験・能力を評価の上、弊社規定により優遇いたします 【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （実働：7時間45分） 【雇用形態】 正社員（試用期間：3か月） 【待遇・福利厚生】 住宅支援制度（寮、手当等）、子ども・介護等支援手当、通勤手当、 カフェテリアプラン、各種社会保険、財形制度、持株制度等。 ※各種適用条件あり。 【休日休暇】 ■完全週休2日制 ■年間休日125日（2020年度） ■年次有給休暇24日（試用期間中は3日）等 |
