仕事内容 Purpose of the Position
1. Involve in design, plan and management of To－Be System Landscape and Global GS＆OP solution
2. Implement the global solution by adopting the standard, best practice of business processes and data standardization.
3. Get approvals to exceptions （customizations） to standard processes and best practice from GBPL and GBSL, while driving buy－in from end－users to adopt the best practice or minimize customization to the absolute minimum require
4. Approve－reject the Change request based on the business benefit, criticality, system impact, regression to other regions
5. Collaborate with cross streams （OTC/PTP/MTE/ITD/RTR） for integration topic/solution
6. Support the AMS team for any major high priority/ critical incidents

Key Responsibilities
1. Work with HQ and regional Business/Solution team and System Integrators on IBP project
2. Gather, review, document Supply/Demand Planning system landscape and solutions in all regions in Scope
3. Identify gaps and related system needs, while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice by rolling out IBP template solution
4. Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBSL （reporting line）
5. Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements through IBP and S4/HANA
6. Support planning, coordination and execution of workshops/trainings involving IT and end－users
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1. Experience of IBP（Preferred） or APO Planning in the area of demand planning, supply planning, S＆OP
2. Experience in IBP Data model and CPI－DS Integration would be an added advantage
3. Experience in driving best practice and standard adoption on similar programs
4. Team leader with experience to manage a team and collaborate actively with his/her peers
5. More than 3 years of system experience related to Supply Network （IBP） System
6. English （Business Level Above）
